Mandy had my house sold within 2 days during a global pandemic after the normal times to sell a home. Like so many others my world has turned completely upside down in the last year and I needed to adapt with work and family. She took a stressful situation and turned it into a stress free transition. During the walk through she went through EVERYTHING and was front and honest about what needed to be done to see results and come out positive from the sale. She gave me a timeline to stick too pre listing and helped me along the way. I had some repairs and painting to accomplish but as far the sale goes- I did absolutely 0 legwork. My wife and I had the good fortune of working with Mandy both on the sell side and buy side. In both of our experiences she exceeded our expectations. We listed our house with her in the spring of 2020 and the process flowed so smoothly that it was the best experience I had in real estate. I know everybody feels pressure to give 5's across the board when they review people, but Mandy deserves them. She handled a home purchase so well for us we decided to use her to sell our old home. She walked us through both processes and displayed a strong sense of honesty and knowledge of the market and home values. We were first time home buyers moving from the city to the suburbs having very little idea what we were doing.
